Melon and Mint Smoothie

Cantaloupe, or muskmelon, is a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. It’s also delicious and is great in smoothies. Mint is a wonderful accompaniment to the freshness of cantaloupe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Ripe Cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 Ripe Pear, chopped
  • 1 cup Cold Mint Tea

Put all ingredients into blender, blend, and enjoy!
