As much as I love a peanut butter and banana sandwich, I think a peanut butter and banana smoothie might be even tastier. I thought the addition of chia seeds would add some more nutrients, like calcium, fiber, and omega-3’s. Super simple and delicious.
- 1 ripe Banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (try to find some without added oil, sugar, or salt)
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1- 1 1/2 cups Milk Alternative
