Chocolatey Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 15 Pitted Dates
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, plus more for rolling
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Place all ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth. Roll into balls and roll the balls in cocoa powder. Chill in the refrigerator for one half hour. Enjoy πŸ™‚
