A delicious and simple dessert….
- 1 Ripe Pear, halved and cored
- 1/4 cup Pecan Pieces
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pears skin side down in a baking pan or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle salt over the top of the pears. Bake for 15 minutes, or until they get tender. Spoon pecans into the hollowed out area where the cores were and drizzle the maple syrup over the top. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
