I had a serious veggie pizza craving… and I didn’t want yeast in the crust… So I did some research and found a wonderful and simple recipe on Deliciously Ella for this quinoa crust.
So, first I made my crust, and while it baked, roasted a head of garlic wrapped in foil. I then topped my pizza crust with green kale, mushrooms, onions, black olives, and diced my roasted garlic and sprinkled it over the top. I drizzled it in sunflower oil, and baked it for another 10 minutes… Then, I ate the whole thing. SO delicious.
