Sesame Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green Cabbage, sliced very thinly
  • 1/2 cup Red Cabbage, sliced very thinly
  • 1 cup Green Kale, sliced very thinly
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/8 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Umeboshi Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let marinade for a half hour. Serve and enjoy.
