Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

I used to love chocolate covered cherries. Cherries have anti-inflammatory properties, fight free radicals, and are high in potassium. I am fairly certain the chocolate covered cherries you might find at the store have too much sugar in them to have any medicinal value, but fresh (or frozen) cherries sure do! And, they’re delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Cherries (pitted)
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa or Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk

Blend all ingredients and enjoy 🙂
