Antioxidant Smoothie

I like to eat antioxidant rich foods to keep my immune system functioning well during these cold temperatures.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Cherries, pitted and stemmed
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
