Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Sometimes I want I want a blueberry muffin for breakfast… you know, like right before I have to leave the house, I decide that’s the ONLY thing I feel like eating. Soooo, I created this smoothie. Like a liquid blueberry muffin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt

Blend and enjoy!
